During the Corona Virus Pandemic, many people are afraid, fearful of what this is and how it will affect their lives. The important thing is not to panic, do not allow fear to become the Pandemic!


You need to remain calm for your own health and that of your family. Daily practice of calming meditation or Qi Gong exercise will help your body to remain strong, connect all your energy channels and boost your immune system.


The virus thrives amongst those who are sick and immunocompromised. You can boost your immune system by eating healthy food, rich in vitamins and minerals, drinking plenty of warm water and taking moderate exercise. Qi Gong is a superb way to simply open your energy channels, relax your mind and connect to the peace and tranquility of the Universe.

Aim to practice for 10-20 minutes per day and encourage your family and friends to join in.
